When you place an order on Discover Me, it will be sent directly through to the designer who will then freight your order direct to you.
If you order multiple products from different designers, then you will incur multiple freight costs as your order will be despatched from different locations.
We have provided designers the ability to provide you with NZ wide post costs and courier options that include order tracking. Couriers do not deliver to Private Bags or PO Boxes.
You will receive an email from designers when your order has been despatched. At this stage we only provide delivery to addresses within New Zealand and Australia.
It is important that during the order process you enter the correct delivery address. If there is any error in the address specified, redelivery to the correct address will incur an additional delivery charge.
It is your responsibility to us if an order is not delivered when expected. We will then contact the courier company for clarification. In most instances with products delivered by courier, a tracking number will be provided to you when your order has been despatched.
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a late or missing delivery. A late delivery does not constitute reasonable means to cancel an order.
As per above, delivery to such addresses will incur additional courier charge which buyer has to pay for prior to dispatch of goods and buyer has to allow a longer delivery time to such addresses.
This service is beyond our control so it is the buyer’s responsibility to order early if buyer’s address is on the rural delivery service. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a late or missing delivery. A late delivery does not constitute reasonable means to cancel an order.
