Paying by Credit Card or Direct Debit
If your order is urgent, we recommend that you pay by credit card as this will enable us to notify the seller of your order immediately.
If you choose direct debit, it can sometimes take 1 day for your funds to be recognised in our account. If you were to pay for a direct debit order on a Saturday, this amount can sometimes not go into our account until Tuesday morning.
Once your direct debit payment is recieved, we then process your order which will include a confirmation email we send to you notifying that we have recieved your payment.

Discount / Gift Voucher Redemption
If you have a voucher code, you will need to enter it on step 1 of the check-out process.
Please ensure the voucher number has not expired.

"I'm looking for my order.... help?"
All orders that are being delivered by couriers will have a tracking number. This will have been given to you in one of your despatch confirmation emails. If you have lost this email, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number.
We can help to track parcels, but please be aware that we do not have control over a courier company's speed of delivery, please check our Delivery page for more info.
Orders that are being sent by post cannot be tracked. We will be able to provide you with a despatch date, but we will not be able to confirm where your package is currently located.
