A real person will be on hand to help you.

How do I buy from Discover Me?
To make a purchase, click on the green +ADD TO CART button at the right side of a product page. Your cart will appear at the top of the page and each subsequent page you view. Keep adding or go straight to VIEW CART. From there you can add items, remove items, change quantities and add messages. Choose your freight option, add any voucher codes, check our terms & conditions, then CONTINUE. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by credit card via PayPal by making a one-off purchase or by using an existing PayPal account. This creates an instant order.
You can also pay by direct debit. In this case the order will be processed once the funds have cleared from your account. The time it takes for funds to clear changes from bank to bank. Some process every hour, others may take up to three days. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Who sends the order?
The artist or designer who created the product will despatch your order directly to you. Delivery method is your choice at checkout.

What happens when I buy more than one product?
When you buy from more than one seller, you will have a package from each seller. When you buy more than one item from the same seller, they will usually (except in the case of large items) be sent in one package. In most cases there will be a reduced delivery cost.

When will my order be despatched?
Please check each listing for the lead time displayed. If a product will be dispatched in 2 days, this means it will leave the seller's hands in 2 days. Delivery times are dependant on the delivery method used. If you have an urgent delivery need, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Can I return my order?
Discover Me is happy to accept returns and provide refunds for faulty items or incorrect orders. We do not refund for change of mind. Please click 'returns' on our footer for the full terms regarding returns.

Can I send a message with my order?
Yes, please use the "+Add a message" facility in your shopping cart to add a personalised message with your order.

Who are the sellers on Discover Me?
At Discover Me we sell items designed and made in New Zealand. Mostly these are hand made. Our designers and artists are talented kiwis making their dreams reality and letting their creative talents flow to create gorgeousness for your pleasure. The long hours spent creating the items for sale on this site are not reflected in the price. Our products come to you from the hardworking hands of kiwis who do it for love firstly!

Can I sell my creations on Discover Me?
If you would like to become one of our family of fabulously talented and good looking sellers, please contact us via the 'List Your Products' link at the top navigation bar visible on all pages. We will need to see images so please include a link to any relevant websites showing your work.

Does it cost to list on Discover Me?
No, there is no cost to place listings, we take a commission on the sale only.

Do my listings expire?
No your listings will not expire. If your products are not selling, we will look at ways to help improve sales.
