The patterns of nature, of kowhaiwhai, tukutuku, weaving and carving have always influenced my work, and the handcrafts of crosstitch, embroidery, crochet and taaniko weaving passed on to me by my mum and nanna.
And from this beginning, my love of pattern, design and handcraft continues to evolve...
I graduated from EIT with a Bachelor of Visual Arts and as top sudent in 2010
